WOOD
Wood waste is hand picked from our waste. It is then shredded and turned into biomass fuel for renewable power in UK power stations and panel board manufacture.
HARDCORE
Recycled aggregates are recycled into road and construction products.
METAL
Melted down to create new metal products.
UPVC / RIGID PLASTICS
Melted down to create new metal products.
CARDBOARD & PAPER
Cardboard and paper are recycled into new paper and board in UK mills
PLASTIC FILMS
Cardboard and paper are recycled into new paper and board in UK mills.
FRIDGES
Melted down to create new metal products.
PLASTERBOARD
Gypsum powder is separated from the paper. The gypsum powder is then recycled back into plasterboard and cement. The paper is recycled to make new paper.
GREEN WASTE
Shredded then laid out to decompose. It can then go on to be used for agriculture, landscaping and biofuels. However it is mostly used for compost.
RESIDUAL WASTE
Processed into solid recovered fuel (RDF) for renewable power.
